TimeClockPro easily tracks employees’ hours as they clock in and clock out as well as their vacation, sick leave and holiday pay. TimeClockPro is the only program we reviewed that is compatible with both Windows and MAC. Employees enter their own approved vacation and sick leave hours reducing work for the administrator and can send messages with the built–in messaging features.
The administrator functions give total control for regulating employees’ use of vacation or sick time and running reports.
TimeClockPro requires employees to clock in by clicking the “clock in” button and then entering a pin number for security. Employees can also request both sick leave and vacation time or leave messages for the administrator. In the administrator menu, you can then see what employees have requested and either approve or deny those requests. You can also see who is in and who is out or edit time clock entries.
Reports:
TimeClockPro runs payroll reports that allow you to choose which details you want included in the report and how. For example, you can include benefit hours on the report in a combined summary, or you could view vacation hours as a separate detail. You can also see year to date totals on vacation, sick leave and holiday time.
Ease of Use:
TimeClockPro is fairly easy to navigate and use; once all of your reports are run the program automatically returns to the administrative menu.

You can find email support and a FAQ on the TimeClockPro website. The help documentation for this product is limited. A fuller manual can be viewed on the website.
