TimeCard Plus by Mycroft Computing allows you to customize its time–tracking functions to meet your company’s needs. You set up your own policies for benefit accrual, overtime and time off reasons. Time Card Plus creates reports such as hours worked, time off taken, benefit balances, department lists and more.
TimeCard Plus does not allow employees to enter their own clock in and out times. Instead, they must keep their own records, and later the data must be entered in to TimeCard Plus by a designated administrator. For a product that gathers time punches automatically, see Time Clock MTS.
Time Card Plus will track employee benefit hours according to your company’s policies. You can define different overtime policies for each employee and set rounding for hours worked. The administrator enters all time punches for each employee and Time Card Plus does the rest.
Reports:
Time Card Plus creates employee information lists, department lists, time card lists and reports verifying hours worked, time off and benefit balances. The reports are easy to read and can be created for individual employees or departments.
Ease of Use:
TimeCard Plus is fairly easy to use but requires the manual entry of employees’ hours.
Help/Support:
Mycroft Computing offers telephone and email support. Help documentation for this program is helpful and easy to follow.
Summary:
TimeCard Plus uses your specific company policies to track employee time and benefit hours. However, since someone has to reenter all employees’ time punches, this program does not offer the convenience that our top three products offer.
