TimeCard Manager by EconSoft has a simple interface that can track up to 200 employees and is our “TopTenREVIEWS Bronze Award” time card software. With TimeCard Manager, you create time cards for your employees for each pay period or up to six months in advance. You designate how long the pay periods are, whether or not breaks are paid, how much rounding to use and more. Employees clock in with a pin number and can access messages with the built–in message center. You can opt to let employees view and print their timecards.
With TimeCard Manager's card management system, you can edit timecards, see employee information easily and print timesheets with employee hours and earning calculated.
TimeCard Manager does not have any report features outside of the payroll report. For a product that offers more reports, see Time Clock MTS.
With TimeCard Manager, employees clock in by clicking on their time card and entering a PIN number. They can then clock in, clock out or take a break. You can easily see exactly who is in and who is out. TimeCard Manager tracks vacation and sick time accrual according to your policies and can be individualized for each employee. Overtime is also tracked according to your policies and two different overtime rates can be put into effect.
You designate which holidays are paid holidays for your employees and built–in calendars throughout the program make it easy to schedule pay period dates and more.
TimeCard Manager is limited to compiling time card data into a payroll report. These reports show employee information, hours worked, project name and total earnings. You can also view how much overtime, sick leave, vacation and other time has been used. Any comments employees have left for you through the built–in message center will also appear on the report. The report has an easy–to–read format with the company header and the dates of the report displayed at the top.
TimeCard Manager is easy to use and install. It can be installed on one computer or on a network (LAN). Time Card Manager runs on Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT and XP.
