Time Clock MTS by Timesheets MTS Software uses real time to track employee punches and provides accurate reporting that works with your payroll rules, thus winning our “TopTenREVIEWS Gold Award.” Time Clock MTS features an easy-to-use interface that accommodates every employee’s level of computer skills. Clocking in and out requires a few easy clicks and employees can be assigned a PIN number to provide security and protection to your employees’ records.

Time Clock MTS will track vacation and sick hours according to your company policies. You can track both daily and weekly overtime, define holidays and allow for automatic break deductions.

This product has payroll reporting features that allow you to create reports according to department or shift. Other time reports are available as well as an Employee ID report. All reports export into Microsoft Excel, CSV and Tab.

Time-tracking Features:  

With Time Clock MTS employees can easily clock in with a single mouse click. You have the option of allowing employees to view and print their own timecards and/or leave notes when clocking in or out. You can define your own sick leave and vacation time accrual policies and track both hourly and salary employees. You can specify which holidays are paid and credit them to your employees’ wages. Set up all your departments, shifts and employment types and set any day as your start of the week.

Reports:  

With Time Clock MTS reports, you can create a working hours report that shows how many hours were worked per day. Punch card reports show all clock in and out times and how much time elapsed. Payroll reports can be created per employee, per shift or per department. You can adjust the date range for all reports and choose to include notes at the bottom of each report. Reports can also show your company header and employee details such as phone number and social security number. You can export your reports into Microsoft Excel, CSV and Tab.

Ease of Use:  

Time Clock MTS is the easiest of all the programs we reviewed to learn and navigate. The interface is likeable and the help documentation clearly written.

Help/Support:  

Timesheets MTS Software offers both telephone and email support. They were quick to respond to our questions. They also have a FAQ and a user forum on their website. The help documentation is easy to follow.

Time Clock MTS offers an easy–to–use program that will save you time and money by automatically tracking your employees’ working hours and earned benefit hours. Payroll reports and customizing your benefit policies will make paying your employees a snap.
