JD Punch Clock will track your employees’ time card punches and allow you to run reports to see payroll totals as well as employee punch summaries. You simply print the reports and write the checks. JD Punch Clock can manage an unlimited number of employees and can be installed on your network. Employees clock in with a PIN number or their social security number.
JD Punch Clock is written for Windows and can run on Microsoft Access or SQL server for added security.
JD Punch Clock is extremely easy to use; however, it cannot track vacation and sick leave. Its report features are also limited to payroll reports. For a program that can track vacation and sick leave that is still easy to use, see the top three products.
